Graduation Application Deadline – December 1

Application is available in OnePort. There is a $100 late application fee if not submitted by December 1

Incomplete Grade Deadline – April 1

Grade changes for Incomplete (I) grades from Fall are due from the faculty by 5 p.m. If this pertains to you, please remind your instructors to submit any required grade changes to the Registrar’s Office by the deadline. Be sure to submit your remaining work to the instructor in time for them to grade the assignments before the deadline.

Cap & Gown Day – April 10

Cap & Gown Day for May Commencement (12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on the Student Life Porch in Highsmith). This is a drop-in event at which you’ll pick-up your cap and gown (free of charge) and verify name pronunciation. You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase announcements and/or class rings.

Competency Deadline – April 30

Demonstration of Competency (Comps) results due to Registrar’s Office from department chairs. The Registrar’s Office will request this information from the departments.

Final Grades Deadline – May 8

Grades due for for graduating students by 10 a.m. 

Commencement – May 10
